Frederick is perhaps the best supervisor I have ever worked for. He is a leader in our company, providing strategy and tactics to reach our shared goals. He is organized, creating structure with clear job duties, open lines of communication, and processes for interaction between departments. While being very disciplined, he is also flexible. He wants to see you take initiative, offer ideas and solutions, and take the reins on projects, while being a support and a sounding board every step of the way.

He knows technology, is an early adapter, and a teacher. He always finds time to stop and answer questions, clarify, and re-direct whenever needed. He cares about people, and will talk out a problem or offer advice if you ask for it. He sets the tone for professionalism and respect among our staff and promotes a team environment. And it really comes down to something that is very simple. I am glad to see him each morning. He has been a true collaborator with every member of our staff, and shows enthusiasm for every achievement and every goal we meet. He is a pleasure to work with.
